Update: When asked to write an opinion on "The Best Deal on the Reef," the below was drafted. However, I couldn't get this post out to you quick enough before the best deal contracted! Congrats to all parties! There is always much debate over which is the preferred neighborhood to live in at Ocean Reef. One must consider stylistic desires, practicality, surrounding amenities, along with price. When you throw these factors into the equation there is rarely the perfect property that checks all the boxes.  

If it is a deal you are looking for then in my opinion it is 420 Coral Lane.  You can’t beat the bang for the buck on this one at $461 per square foot.  Located in The Palms Association, this 4 bedroom 4.5 bath free standing condominium boasts 3,796 square foot of open floor plan with private pool/spa.  That’s a lot of house for just a list price of $1,750,000. Comparable properties in the area are listed anywhere from $565 - $828 per square foot.

Yes, it is located 2 miles from the four way stop in the private Hammock area but it’s within walking distance to The Academy, Spa, Member Fitness Center, brand new lap pool, and of course the majestic Hammock Golf Course.  If you like tranquility and lead an active lifestyle then this is the place for you.
